Membership Terms

Once you are a member of, www.watercolour.tv. Your annual or monthly membership fee will be taken automatically at the required time and date. You will receive an email to confirm this has or about to happen. You can cancel your membership at any time. Please email to do so. Once a membership payment is made, no refunds will take place. From time to time www.watercolour.tv and www.mattartist.co.uk may have faults, these will be corrected as soon as is possible. This is not ground to cancel membership.

  • Members who sign up to watercolour.tv are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
  • We (watercolour.tv) hold your contact details and may email or post you art related information.
  • We do not hold any payment details OR YOUR PASSWORDS
  • Once you have signed up to watercolour.tv and paid a membership fee, your next months or yearly membership fee will attempt to auto renew, you can set this to not auto renew in your account section.
  • If you paid by PayPal or your card has expired watercolour.tv will email you to say your membership has not renewed.
  • As a member you have full unlimited access to the website.
  • Refund of membership fees... we do not refund these.

How to Cancel Membership

By accepting these terms you agree to auto renew and auto payments will be made, unless you set it to NO in the membership details section of the website. To cancel you must log on to your account and enter the membership details and set the auto renew to NO!!!!! Note: we cannot do this for you as we do not hold passwords and cannot log on to your account.

30 Day Free Trial

This is actually between 27-30 days and after the free trial YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED THE CHOSEN MEMBERSHIP FEE with your chosen payment card. (The fee will be either monthly/yearly as chosen by you). To prevent this charge please login to your account and set auto renew to NO!!! (PLEASE CLICK THIS LINK AND LOG-ON TO VIEW THIS)

Shop and Deliveries

If you purchase a product from the shop, your items will be posted out to the given address within 2-14 days. Postage may be charged. Most of the time 2-4 days. If an item is out of stock you will be notified as soon as we can.

  • Deliveries will take between 2-7 days (UK)
  • Worldwide will take between 10-20 days
  • Please read our returns policy for more details on orders placed (below)

The SAA are to handle postage of orders, but not involved in handling of the money or payment, this includes refunds.
