By using Watercolour.tv or Mattartist.co.uk, becoming a member, or purchasing products, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use these websites.

Memberships

  • Membership fees renew automatically. You can manage renewals in your account settings.
  • Refunds are not provided once payments are made.
  • Gift memberships require accurate recipient email addresses for activation.
  • Lifetime memberships are non-refundable and may vary in price or availability over time.

How to Cancel Membership

To cancel, log in to your account and toggle "Auto Renew" to OFF in your membership dashboard. We cannot process cancellations on your behalf.

30-Day Free Trial

After your free trial (27-30 days), your payment method will be charged the chosen membership fee unless auto-renew is turned off before the trial ends.

Shop Returns Policy

Products may be returned within seven days if unused, unopened, and undamaged:

  • Faulty items qualify for a full refund, including return postage.
  • Non-faulty items returned within seven days will receive a refund for the item only (excluding postage).
  • Returns may take up to 21 days for processing.
  • Exchanges can take up to 14 days.

Deliveries

  • UK deliveries: 2-7 days.
  • Worldwide deliveries: 10-20 days.

Liability

We are not responsible for hacker or cybercriminal activity but take every precaution to prevent such incidents. Use of the website is at your own risk.
